If you are using the Dashlane password saver protection and login program, them you will most assuredly be needing this file. I recommend keeping it. If you don't use this program then move it to a SD card or some such and save it. After you reboot, if you get an error message about this file or if one of your programs isn't working and needs this file, then return it to the directory from which it came. If after using your computer for a while without this file and you have no problems then delete if from where ever you have saved it to.
