I have a program that is trying to use a Toshiba TCrd Main.dll and a warning window keeps flashing up on my screen and I have no idea how to repair this problem or what program has caused this to happen.

I have a Windows 10 and is having the same type issue as David. At first, I had a bad image error thing. I deleted the program TCrdMain.dill from the computer. Then a TCrdMain_Win8.exe -System Error thing. Where the program is missing. I Updated my Windows 10 to the latest update, 8 I think. Finally, TcrdMain_Win8.exe-System Error thing is hereafter I turn on my laptop. Says to reinstall TCrdMain.dill. It may fix the problem.(May?! You should know laptop.)
I looked around the inter-webs and found nothing useful yet. If the bad image error happens to you don't delete the program. IF it has happened to you be careful of Websites to reinstall that program. Good luck out there.
