TekInit.exe is part of the install for the OBD2 software for a diagnostics computer for your car, OBD2 stands for "On Board Diagnostics, Version 2 (II)" This computer talks to your cars computer and relays and interprets error codes so the consumer can determine a repair/replace course of action.
