This along with a load of other stuff appeared on my PC 1 hour before running the freefixer scan, at that time I did not access the internet, just updated one of my spreadsheets held locally.

0% detection rate. WindowsEntryPoint.winmd does not look like malware. I guess it is something that is pushed with an update.
