If raptr is started without a network connection, then a large number (30-40) of instances of this executable are visible in the task manager.

It's presence appears to cause crashes in some 3rd party games (e.g. the Witcher, Divinity Original Sin) whilst it is running and the PC is not connected to the internet.

I just turned my computer on and I am getting a pop up on my screen that I cannot get off. it says elevation proxy has stopped working..ive tried to get it off and nothing works...any suggestions??
