Did you just find a download or a file on your computer that has a digital signature from ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾? If so, please read on.
You will probably notice ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾ when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

You can view additional details from the ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾ certificate with the following procedure:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾ and that no one has tampered with the file.
If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can view all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, and so on. You can also examine the address for ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾, such as the street name, city and country.
WoSign Class 3 Code Signing CA has issued the ±±¾©ÁªÓîÒæÍ¨¿Æ¼¼·¢Õ¹ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾ certificates. You can also see the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.
