Did you just find a file that is digitally signed by AVEAS, s.r.o.? If so, please read on.
You will probably notice AVEAS, s.r.o. when clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screengrab above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by AVEAS, s.r.o. and that the file has not been tampered with.
If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screengrab above, you can see all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, and so on. You can also see the address for AVEAS, s.r.o., such as the street name, city and country.
DigiCert High Assurance Code Signing CA-1 has issued the AVEAS, s.r.o. certificates. You can also see the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.
