Did you just find a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by Afford Time? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Unwanted-Program ( 004ccb041 ) and PUP.Optional.Yontoo. The detection rate for the Afford Time files collected here is 29%. You'll probably see Afford Time when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:
