Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that is digitally signed by Fileangels? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Optimum Installer (fs) and PUP.Optional.OptimunInstaller. The detection rate for the Fileangels files collected here is 29%. You'll typically see Fileangels when clicking to run the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screengrab shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Fileangels and that no one has tampered with the file.
