Did you just find a file that has a digital signature from Forcepoint LLC? If that's the case, please read on.
You'll probably notice Forcepoint LLC when clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screencap above, the Windows OS states that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Forcepoint LLC and that no one has tampered with the file.
If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can see all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, etc. You can also see the address for Forcepoint LLC, such as the street name, city and country.
Symantec Class 3 SHA256 Code Signing CA and Symantec Class 3 Extended Validation Code Signing CA - G3 has issued the Forcepoint LLC certificates. You can also see the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.
The following are the Forcepoint LLC files I have gathered, thanks to the FreeFixer users.Unfortunately I don't have any scan result from VirusTotal available for the Forcepoint LLC files at the moment.
