Did you just stumble upon a file that is digitally signed by GOG Sp. z o.o.? If so, please read on.
You will probably notice GOG Sp. z o.o. when running the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by GOG Sp. z o.o. and that the file has not been tampered with.
