Did you just find a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by Girafarri? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Adware.SwiftBrowse.CH and Girafarri.7B7. The detection rate for the Girafarri files collected here is 48%. You will probably see Girafarri when running the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screengrab above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by Girafarri and that the file has not been tampered with.

You can also examine the address for Girafarri, such as the street name, city and country.
