Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that is digitally signed by ISfreemium? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Unwanted-Program ( 00454f261 ) and Adware.InstallCore.133. The detection rate for the ISfreemium files collected here is 20%. Please read on for more details.
You will probably see ISfreemium when running the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screencap shows:

As you can see in the screencap above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by ISfreemium and that the file has not been tampered with.
