Did you just run into a file that is digitally signed by Intel(R) Online Connect? If that's the case, please read on.
You will typically notice Intel(R) Online Connect when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screengrab shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Intel(R) Online Connect and that no one has tampered with the file.

You can also see the address for Intel(R) Online Connect, such as the street name, city and country.
