Intel(R) Security True Key - 0% Detection Rate *

Did you just download a file that has a digital signature from Intel(R) Security True Key and wonder if the file is safe? If so, please read on.

You will typically notice Intel(R) Security True Key when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can see all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, etc. You can also view the address for Intel(R) Security True Key, such as the street name, city and country.

Intel External Issuing CA 7B has issued the Intel(R) Security True Key certificates. You can also view the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.

Intel(R) Security True Key Files

The following are the Intel(R) Security True Key files I have collected, thanks to the FreeFixer users.

The FreeFixer tool treats files from Intel(R) Security True Key as safe, which means that the Intel(R) Security True Key files will appear with a green background and that there is no removal checkbox for the file. However, as you can see in the scan results below, a few of the anti-virus scanners detects the Intel(R) Security True Key file(s). I'm pretty sure those detections are incorrect and that the files are safe. It is unlikely that Intel(R) Security True Key would ship a malware file.
