Maximum Maker - 49% Detection Rate *

Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that has a digital signature from Maximum Maker? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Adware ( 004c328d1 ) and W32/S-7e37ab37!Eldorado. The detection rate for the Maximum Maker files collected here is 49%. Please read on for more details.

You will probably notice Maximum Maker when running the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screengrab shows:

You can view the digital signature details for Maximum Maker with the following steps:

  1. Open Windows Explorer and locate the Maximum Maker file
  2. Right-click the file and select Properties
  3. Click the Digital Signatures tab
  4. Click on the View Certificate button

As you can see in the screencap above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Maximum Maker and that the file has not been tampered with.
