Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that is digitally signed by NK-Servis? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Gen:Variant.Graftor.309102 and Trojan.GenericKD.3612382. The detection rate for the NK-Servis files collected here is 67%. You'll probably see NK-Servis when clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:
