Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that is digitally signed by OOO Lightshot? If so, please read on.
You will probably notice OOO Lightshot when clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:
You can view additional details from the OOO Lightshot certificate with the following procedure:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by OOO Lightshot and that no one has tampered with the file.
If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can see all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, and so on. You can also examine the address for OOO Lightshot, such as the street name, city and country.
thawte SHA256 Code Signing CA has issued the OOO Lightshot certificates. You can also view the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.

Ich wollte gerade einen Download für einen im Internet angebotenen PL/1 to Cobol-Konverter vollziehen, da kam diese OOO Lightshot trawte SHA256 Meldung, ich habe das zugelassen, aber dann kam sofort "Installation is aborted due to unknown reason".
