Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by PlayThru Player? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as PUP.Optional.PlayThruPlayer and PUA.Win32.Verti.Q. The detection rate for the PlayThru Player files collected here is 6%. You will probably see PlayThru Player when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screengrab shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by PlayThru Player and that no one has tampered with the file.
