Qing Sheng Publisher Overview

Did you just find a file that is digitally signed by Qing Sheng? If so, please read on.

You will typically see Qing Sheng when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screengrab shows:

You can view additional details from the Qing Sheng certificate with the following steps:

1. Open Windows Explorer and locate the Qing Sheng file
2. Right-click the file and select Properties
3. Click on the Digital Signatures tab
4. Click the View Certificate button

Here is a screenshot of a file digitally signed by Qing Sheng:

As you can see in the screenshot above, the Windows OS reports that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by Qing Sheng and that the file has not been tampered with.

If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can view all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, and so on. You can also view the address for Qing Sheng, such as the street name, city and country.

COMODO Code Signing CA 2 and COMODO RSA Code Signing CA has issued the Qing Sheng certificates. You can also view the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screencap above.

The following are the Qing Sheng files I have gathered, thanks to the FreeFixer users.Unfortunately I don't have any scan result from VirusTotal available for the Qing Sheng files at the moment. The scan results will appear here as soon as a FreeFixer user uploads a file digitally signed by Qing Sheng.
