Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that has a digital signature from Region IT? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Generic.A37 and a variant of Win32/Amonetize.PN potentially unwanted. The detection rate for the Region IT files collected here is 11%. You will typically see Region IT when running the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screengrab above, the Windows OS reports that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by Region IT and that no one has tampered with the file.
