Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that has a digital signature from Trusted Installer? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Unwanted-Program ( 004ded571 ) and Trojan.InstallCore.1631. The detection rate for the Trusted Installer files collected here is 19%. You'll typically see Trusted Installer when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Trusted Installer and that no one has tampered with the file.
