Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by qualitink? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Adware.NetFilter.E and Adware.Win32.BrowseFox.bG. The detection rate for the qualitink files collected here is 10%. You'll probably notice qualitink when running the file. The publisher name shows up as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screengrab above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by qualitink and that no one has tampered with the file.
