wyDay - 0% Detection Rate *

Did you just find a file that has a digital signature from wyDay? If that's the case, please read on.

You'll typically notice wyDay when double-clicking to run the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

You can view the digital signature details for wyDay with the following steps:

  1. Open up Windows Explorer and locate the wyDay file
  2. Right-click the file and select Properties
  3. Click on the Digital Signatures tab
  4. Click the View Certificate button

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by wyDay and that no one has tampered with the file.

If you click the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above, you can examine all the details of the certificate, such as when it was issued, who issued the certificate, how long it is valid, etc. You can also examine the address for wyDay, such as the street name, city and country.

COMODO Code Signing CA has issued the wyDay certificates. You can also examine the details of the issuer by clicking the View Certificate button shown in the screenshot above.
