'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system, DisableRegistryTools' is set to '1' and was was added to FreeFixer's database on 26th October 2006. The most recent search for the registry data was done on 15th December 2018.

This setting prevents the registry editor from starting.

It is a virus!!!! It cannot be modifed by user (you can modify but it will revert)
