For everyone who is worried
I am saying not to remove it
If you have quick heal or ever have installed it then !qhlogs is a secret weapon of quick heal
whenever a virus first comes it is programmed to destroy or hack very small files
!qhlofs is small files and viruses tries to corrupt them.
when this happens quick heal gets a command and immediately starts action
my recommendation never delete this file...
!!!!!!!!!!DELETE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!
