I get this warning when I sign onto my computer:
rtl120.bpl
startupinfo.exe
It won't let certain programs run and states it is missing from my PC. I found a list and it has something to do with Advanced System Care 9 but I didn't finish installing the program, so that may be why it's popping up. I don't think it's a virus but have never heard of it. Your site is absolutely incredible. I've learned more since taking this poll than almost the whole time I've been on the Internet.

Yeah, the startupinfo.exe / rtl120.bpl error message seems to be related to the Advanced System Care software. Did you find a solution to the problem?

Not really but I've used it before and never got that popup though I've noticed I don't see it as much as I used to. I did uninstall it but I also purchased it so I don't know. Maybe the paid version will work.
