i did all the process but when i selected the files in freefixer i get an error message saying "error code 5" so i can“t erase the 360 program.

Okay, I tried it all and nothing works. The file keeps disturbing me and FreeFixer doesn't delete it. I have rebooted my PC several times and everytime I do it, a message saying that I need to check my hard disk appears.
What can I do?
