Acroiehelper.dll is a DLL module from Adobe software. This most likely came
preinstalled on your computer when you bought it. This file is not required,
but does not hurt anything to leave it run, as it will appear as a BHO entry
running in your web browers (IE). Adobe products are very popular in browsers,
and are considered safe to leave as is. These Adobe files are used for opening
PDF files, like Adobe Acrobat reader, and various other Adobe products. This
file is considered safe and is not spyware.
