aniwzcsds.exe gets installed when you install the driver for a D-Link wireless device (e.g. wireless dongle). It always causes an application exception during startup on my XP system but (for me) causes no subsequent problem. I have seen other people comment that it causes internet service to run slow.

I find it's best to disable it:
Control panel/ Admin tools/Component Services /Services /ANIWZCSdS Service/Properties/ Disable - OK.
