ASKupdate.exe is apparently installed along with the "Vuze" torrent client program. It's supposed to be a toolbar for IE7/8, and it installs even tho you de-select the option for it while installing Vuze.
If you un-install Vuze, ASKupdate.exe is still there in Program Files and active...it does not show in "Add/Remove" programs, and must be deleted via Windows Explorer.
