I found this program ASPackage.exe on my system, when I tried to remove the program 'all send" this program came up with malicious soft ware warnings several times in a row for my Avast antivirus.
When I tried to delete the folder it told me it was open in another program or window of which it is not. My suggestion if you do have this in your system is get malwarebytes and forcibly remove this malicious trash from your system.

MALWAREBYTES PICKED IT UP TODAY JUNE 15TH,I found along with its location 2 other programs, ASRE.EXE AND ASS.EXE and
WHAT A SURPRISE I HAVE FOR ALL. THIS IS THE APPLICATION DIRECTORY DOPUS. A WONDERFUL PROGRAM FROM AUSTRALIA THAT IS FAR BETTER THAN EXPLORER FOR MANAGEMENT OF FILES. I JUST TRIED THE TRIAL OF VERSION 11 AND WOW IS THIS FAR SUPERIOR TO WINDOWS EXPLORER. I KEPT STOPPING IT IN TASK MANAGER AND NOTICED THAT MY OPUS PROGRAM CLOSED EACH TIME I STOPPED IT. THEY ALSO PLACE IN YOUR START MENU A PROGRAM CALLED AS CONFIGURE, THIS MORNING I CLICKED ON IT AND IT DID NOTHING, SO I ASSUMED NOTHING. SO FOLKS IF YOU HAVE THIS DO NOT THINK IT IS A VIRUS IT IS NOT! TRY THE PROGRAM AS AT SOME TIME YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY OR I HAVE NO IDEA HOW YOU HAVE IT ON YOUR SYTSTEM THEY ARE A FANTASTIC COMPANY WITH GREAT PRODUCT. WOW AM I GLAD I DID NOT DELETE THIS FILE. CLOSE CALL
