1 thumb

When encountering an unknown file or executable, there are two imminent questions popping up:
1) What is the executable supposed to do? What's its purpose in detail?
2) Who is responsible for dispatching it into my system, i.e. who is the deliverer, or what application does it go with.
None of these questions has an answer in this site or most other sites. That renders pretty much of the rest of the info without much value, I Think.
