I renamed the folder as follows

Well if you like to remove it just close Autodesk Desktop App then the ACWebBrowser.exe is closed...

I have three of these running in tandem,.. eating up memory resources.
That is why we would want this removed.

turn off AUTODESK DESKTOP SERVICE

i also download offline help in autocad

Hi,
If you want this process to stop using a lot of your CPU, but it keep re-appearing when you end task, do as follow:

Open task manager (cltr-alt-delete) - Click Task manager
Go under the 'Details' tab
Find all the 'acwebbrowser.exe' processes or the one you want gone.
Right click, 'set priority' and 'low'

It worked for me
