hello, my brand new laptop keeps freezing, the event viewer says adaptive sleep service. why is it freezing my computer? how can I get rid of it?

I believe the reason that this program is so "elusive" is because it is an experimental software program and it is possible that this company is conducting illegal test trials with unwilling subjects. I have had five different laptops over the past four years and each laptop eventually had this adaptive sleep service program show up on ALL five of them! I also believe that the name of the program has nothing to do with the actual logistics of the software itself.

It should up on my SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition, asking me if it was safe. So now that I read into it more clearly, I will mark that it is safe.

it seems it is supposed to conserve power by shutting down certain services when they are not needed is is from amd and apparently concerns integral cpu/graphics chips. but it was on my desktop which makes it useless and causes problems
