@Farzad: avira.servicehost.exe is part of the Avira anti-virus software. Generally speaking, antivirus software will use a lot of CPU while it is scanning your machine for various types of unwanted software. With that said, the CPU usage should also go down after a few hours when the scanner has checked every file on your machine.
