I contracted this horrible virus on my computer a week ago and it is causing havoc and I am unable to remove it it has slowed my computer down and adverts keep popping up I have try to locate it on all files but am unable to do so

I have no idea how this virus got into my computer. But I called the phone number and the y wanted $90 to remove it. This should be illegal and the people involved should go to jail. Where is the FCC when you need them.

This virus/Trojan appears to be deep rooted enough that you cannot delete bmanager.exe. So far, I've removed 2 occurrences during boot (msconfig.exe) but unable to delete "program files (86)\browser features\bmanager.exe" file using explorer or cmd. How I deleted was to rename the file bmanager.exe to anything and was no problem deleting. More needs to be done removing this "crapware" off my system though. I'll see what else I can achieve and then post.
