  3. When the scan is finished, locate BrowseSmartbho.dll in the scan result and tick the checkbox next to the BrowseSmartbho.dll file. Do not check any other file for removal unless you are 100% sure you want to delete it. Tip: Press CTRL-F to open up FreeFixer's search dialog to quickly locate BrowseSmartbho.dll in the scan result.

I have no idea how BrowseSmart arrived on my computer. After seeing above where to find the program I simply went into the BrowseSmart folder and used the uninstall executable file to uninstall it. It appears to have been uninstalled as I can no longer find it.
