Hello, I have been annoyed by a box coming up when i open my laptop, Saying CBSProducstinfo.dll. I found your site and found it was the Wondershare that i downloaded to try out. I have deleted this site, as not realising it was a paid site. I need to delete this but will it be in my Control Panel. I am not sure , will have another look. But if not i will use your free removal tool and see what happens

I recently deleted Wondershare, so i think the message has to be deleted even if it is not harmful.

I agree that CBSProducstInfo.dll is not something malicious. It just sounds like something, probably in the Windows Registry, was left when uninstalling the Wondershare software which cause the dialog window to pop up.
