The "bug" completely disabled my internet connection even when the Ethernet or WiFi adapter works and also the CCL.dll error kept on popping up and infected some of my software such as Weather Bug.exe, Spotify.exe, and Live Update, and some other software. There was no way it could have been fixed, even Windows couldn't fix it. It disabled my Malware Bytes from scanning, it was a mess.
