This dll seems to be a third party component which comes when installing the "assistant/manager" of a cloud drive.

according to my research, this can be installed on your pc by itunes.exe but i uninstalled itunes and it remains.
this is rated "potentially dangerous" by security task manager because it can control other programs without you knowing it, therefore it can be exploited by hackers, etc.
since i'm not networking and i'm not using itunes, i am deleting it.
