There's no description of what the program actually does... what function it performs - so my visit to your site was a waste of my time.

Noticed this after installing an app for a popular TV/Movie streaming service, somewhat annoying as once you've finished using the app, ciso videoguard stays open and decides it's an important service that needs to run on startup.

Really it should only open once the app has started and quit when you're not using it anymore.

Cisco VideoGuard Digital Rights Management access control technology is utilized by DirecTV, Virgin TV, and other media distribution services. It is set to autorun at startup by default. If disabled, it must be manually activated if you wish to use its corresponding TV service.
