I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7. It says two things are open. Internet Explorer and crextp4x. The last item is only that .exe . Help me please.

CrExtP4z.exe is part of a potentially unwanted program. You can uninstall it and reboot. Then try to install Flash again. Did that solve the problem?
