I'm reading all new comments so don't hesitate to post a question about the file. If I don't have the answer perhaps another user can help you.
I manually located the file after having internet issues for a couple of days, it showed in the processes tab as "DAT4BB1. tmp.exe" Now, inside the Appdata\local\temp there at least two other files related to it; another .exe that is virtually the same but named "8276835.exe" and "DAT4BB1.temp"
These files seem to have been created on the 14th at 3:28 pm gmt; but I have no idea of how they could have gotten there.
It obviously tampers with internet access, because once I terminate the process from the task manager, Internet is restored. The .exe also has a V-sign icon. I wonder how did it get in, but i'm still not sure as if to keep it or not. It may prove useful to keep the files, although I slightly modified the registry entry to prevent it from starting every time. Nothing more.
