unsure if virustotal.com includes hitman pro 3.79 "2nd opinion scanner" in its list -prob not, as HP is NOT an official anti-virus (AV), BUT just want to let all know the highly trusted "2nd opinion" malware detector just marked dppplugin.dll as "suspicious" when it scanned a few seconds ago, so a) better safe than sorry & b) some AV makers, like Emsisoft, say other manufacturers update malware definitions more often -so, Maker A may have identified already whatever "unknown" viruses Maker B is still trying to define... so, these 2 facts account for why i'm quarantining it!
