I'm a novice when it comes to computers. I don't even know where this program came from.

Disone.exe was on a site to provide a free program for viewing medical files of x-rays DICOM files which the free program was necessary and also free. After downloading the Dsone.exe file the site required that a credit card number be provided for a charge of one dollar. At this point I attempted to remove Disone.exe. And supposedly it was removed. But now when I access emails that require a right click to download headings for the email info, the system says it cannot find Windows 12. And, of course Windows 12 was never on my computer and is not a Microsoft file.
