What do you mean with "dashlane.exe popping up"? Does dashlane.exe appear in the Windows Task Manager, or is it some error message that pops up?

The up pop up window was on my hard drive. Every time I went into internet explorer the pop up came on a dimed screen every 10 seconds and I had to X it out to continue on with my work. The only solution was to get Dashlane off of my hard drive. I was premium and had many more months on Dashlane before renewing it. It was the answer to all of my passwords dilemma however it ended up not working.
