you state that no scanner has detected the datamodel.dll file. Well today norton security did on my system.

C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_windows_defender\datamodel.dll

plus 6 other directories. Obviously someone threw them in there illegally. But a scanner did in fact find the file.
