Looks like a Koobface file to me. I think you should remove freddy74.exe.

Do you have freddy74.exe your system? Do you know how it got there?

Found the freddy74.exe file after some browsing. This file is downloaded to the computer after installing a "flash player upgrade" from a site called YuoTube.

I ran this variant of freddy74.exe through the anti-virus scanners at virustotal. As you can see its malware:
