i tried deleting the file, but windows warned me that it was open in COMODO internet security. So could COMODO secretly be a virus or do we just not have enough information?

Yes, Draseraneay.dll looks like malware too me. No, Comodo is not a virus, the .DLL file has just been loaded by Comodo.

FreeFixer should be able to delete the Draseraneay.dll file, give it a try if you like.
